This service agreement applies to all tour, organization, and transfer services provided by Syedra Tour. By making a reservation through the website or using the services, customers are deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement.

The tour content, service scope, and prices specified at the time of reservation shall apply. Syedra Tour reserves the right to make changes to the tour program due to force majeure circumstances such as weather conditions, road situations, or official authority decisions.

In case of cancellations made by the customer, cancellation and refund conditions are applied according to the terms stated in the tour details. No refunds are provided for late arrival or failure to participate in the tour.

Syedra Tour takes necessary care to provide services safely and completely but cannot be held responsible for delays or disruptions caused by third parties.

This agreement may be updated when necessary and becomes effective as of the date it is published on the website.
